1Log in to your HubSpot account.
2Click the 'gear' icon (settings) in the top navigation bar.
3In the left sidebar, navigate to 'Account & Billing'.
4Under the 'Products' tab, locate your Marketing Hub subscription.
5Click 'Actions' next to your Marketing Hub subscription and select 'Downgrade' or 'Cancel subscription'.
6Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation or downgrade.
7Verify your cancellation through email confirmation or within your account settings.
